Welcome to the Student Council
At AISB, our Student Council plays a pivotal role in fostering a school culture that embodies our Desired Student Learning Outcomes (DSLOs). These DSLOs guide our students to excel both on and off campus, shaping them into responsible, independent, and globally minded individuals.

Developing School Culture: Reflecting our DSLOs in all student activities and interactions.
Raising Funds: Supporting various causes through organized fundraising efforts.
Event Planning: Hosting diverse student events that enrich the school experience.
Student Advocacy: Meeting with the Head of School and Head of Secondary to discuss and improve student life.
Desired Student Learning Outcomes (DSLOs)
StuCo is committed to promoting and embodying the following DSLOs within the student body:
Communicating Effectively: Encouraging clear, respectful, and impactful communication.
Honoring and Respecting: Fostering a community where honor and respect are paramount.
Responsibly Caring and Responding with Care: Instilling a sense of responsibility towards global citizenship and environmental stewardship.
Independently Learning: Promoting self-directed learning and intellectual curiosity.
Striving for Excellence: Encouraging students to pursue excellence in all their endeavors.
Thinking at a Higher Level: Cultivating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
We Want Students to Get Involved
We encourage all students to get involved with StuCo, whether by participating in events, running for a position, or simply sharing their ideas for improving our school. Their voice matters, and together, we can make AISB an even better place to learn and grow.
